Travis Gallivan

Travis Gallivan is a Principal at Velocis, where he actively works on all of the firm’s development opportunities with a focus on industrial, multifamily, and healthcare real estate. Prior to joining Velocis, Gallivan served as a Senior Associate with Peloton Commercial Real Estate, a leading full-service real estate brokerage firm in Dallas specializing in office leasing. During his time at Peloton, Gallivan completed over 1.9 million square feet of lease transactions on behalf of local and institutional landlords. He is a former Chairman of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors Young Professional Forum and receipt of the Young Citizens Award. Gallivan has earned his CCIM designation and is an Associate Council Member of The University of Texas McCombs Real Estate Center.

Gallivan holds a BA in History from the University of Texas at Austin.
