Bob Kruzel
Director of Asset Management
Bob Kruzel is the Director of Asset Management at Velocis, where he is responsible for managing the firm’s real estate assets. Prior to joining Velocis, Kruzel was the Senior Vice President of Operations at RM Crowe. In this position, he oversaw operations for a portfolio of commercial, retail and medical properties and served as the point person on the disposition of a $210 million portfolio. Previously, Kruzel was the Director of Asset Management and Leasing Analysis at Crescent Real Estate Equities, developing leasing assumptions and budgets and overseeing a leasing team for a large portfolio of assets.
Kruzel holds an MBA from Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business and a BA from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio.
