Bailey Crowell

Bailey Crowell is an Associate at Velocis, where she is responsible for supporting management in the processes of underwriting and analyzing potential real estate investments. Prior to joining Velocis, Crowell served as an Analyst at JLL (formerly HFF), where she worked with the multifamily investment advisory team in various capacities. Over the course of her career, Crowell has closed over $1 billion of multifamily, office, and healthcare real estate transactions. She specializes in multi-housing financial analysis and multi-housing investment advisory.

Crowell holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas.
