The Velocis Team’s experience and relationships with owners, borrowers, brokers, lenders, and CMBS special servicers allows unique access to “off-market” opportunities.

Velocis utilizes its market knowledge and long-term relationships to source assets in need of new sponsorship, fresh capital, and proactive leasing and management expertise. With an average of 30 years of experience per principal, the Velocis team is uniquely qualified to identify and unlock value in commercial real estate assets by increasing occupancy, raising rental rates and disposing of the assets at the optimal time.
- Preservation of Capital.
Velocis seeks to minimize our investors’ risk of capital by employing relatively low leverage and maximizing debt maturities. With a 5 to 8 year Fund term, our timeline is sufficient to create value and maximize the harvest.
