Michael Gresham, CFA

Michael Gresham is a Principal at Velocis, where he is responsible for assisting management with financial analysis, portfolio management, and capital market activities. Prior to joining Velocis, Gresham earned his Professional Engineering license while working as a structural engineer in Dallas with a primary focus on the design of higher education, municipal, and healthcare construction projects throughout Texas. He is a CFA charterholder and an Associate Board Member of the SMU Folsom Institute for Real Estate.

Gresham holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business with finance and real estate concentrations, an MS in Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Mississippi.
