Lauren Nolan
Associate
Lauren Nolan is an Associate at Velocis, where she assists in asset management and financial analysis of the firm’s existing real estate investments. She is the primary contact with lenders on monthly reporting and loan draws, and she prepares quarterly valuations and ad hoc analyses for the firm’s acquisitions and fund management teams. Prior to joining Velocis, Nolan gained experience at Greysteel, a real estate transaction adviser based in Washington, D.C., serving private, middle-market and institutional investors. At Greysteel, she worked alongside a brokerage team focused on both commercial and mixed-use properties.
Nolan holds a BBA in Finance with a concentration in real estate from Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business.
