Daniel Plumlee
Director of Acquisitions
Daniel Plumlee is Director of Acquisitions at Velocis, where he is involved in acquisition sourcing, financial analysis, financing procurement, and managing the due diligence and closing processes. Prior to joining Velocis, Plumlee served as Vice President of Acquisitions for Lincoln Property Company’s Commercial Mid-Atlantic Region, based in Washington, D.C. In addition to his acquisitions role, Plumlee also served on a third-party asset management team responsible for advising one of the world’s largest sovereign wealth funds with respect to their regional real estate investments.
Plumlee holds a BA in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
